Job Summary: The Superintendent (Position) for Urban Constructors, Inc. (Company) coordinates all site construction activities involving our Custom Home product and supervises all field Subcontractor personnel as required to successfully complete their assigned project(s) on schedule and within budget. This includes but is not limited to the following: • Maintaining the highest quality • Supervising all trade and field personnel while administering sound construction safety practices with all on-site activities • Maintaining the job site office in a clean and orderly manner • Closing out projects per agreed upon schedule • Reports to the Project Manager Core Responsibilities: • Supervise their assigned project during project hours of operation • Coordinates and supervises all construction activities for their assigned project(s) • Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications • Maintains construction schedules and identifies and solves problems • Schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process • Understands the project plans, specifications and local requirements for the project • Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees • Prepares in advance and schedules and supervises completion of final punch list • Promotes job site safety (encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately) • Timely completion of all job related paperwork such as change orders, expense reports, safety meetings, and/or any items that impact the quality or profitability of a project • Utilizes CoConstruct and documents thoroughly all daily activities
Experience Required:

The home building industry magazine, Building Savvy, has published consistently and successfully for over 20 years in Dallas/Fort Worth and earned numerous awards including being Associate of the Year for the local NAHB chapter in its area twice. Position Title: Loan Closer (Commercial)/Admin Exempt Status: Non-Exempt, Full Time Hourly Reports to: Regional President - Central Texas Summary of the Job: Verifies accuracy and completeness of loan documentation. Coordinates all the steps of the loan closing, arriving at detailed and accurate financial numbers for borrowers. Performs administrative duties and support tasks. Essential Functions: Assembles and verifies accuracy of loan documentation, ensuring that loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data. Ensures that all terms of the sale are met. ? Tracks deposits, arranges for property appraisals and coordinates the details of the closing. ? Verifies coding on all loans for appropriateness to the transaction. ? Checks documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates and signatures. ? Performs duties requiring knowledge of departmental policies and procedures and financial institution products and services. ? Prioritizes the processing of loans according to customer waiting status and completeness of information submitted by lender. ? Responds to telephone and written inquiries concerning loan closing information. ? Takes information from a variety of sources and inputs into designated computer programs with a high degree of accuracy. ? Orders additional information from outside sources on an as needed basis. ? Performs regular administrative duties as needed, including providing telephone support, screening visitors and arranging and scheduling meetings and appointments. Additional Functions: ? Processes correspondence, files and performs other specific duties for management staff. ? Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive Bank information. ? Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. ? Experience Required:
Required Education/Experience: ? Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three year’s related experience and/or training as a Loan Processor or Loan Closer within Texas markets. Necessary Skills: ? Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
