Job Description:

The Metal Roofing Sales Associate will report directly to the Sales Manager and indirectly to company ownership. Primary duties will include (but are not limited to): - Lead generation. - Driving to and from sales appointments. - Primary point of contact between the company and your customers. - Conduct sales appointments. - Meet or exceed sales quotas. - Work a flexible schedule to accommodate all appointments. - Ongoing sales and product training.

Experience Required:

Ideal Candidate: - 3 years construction sales experience (roofing sales experience preferred). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Friendly, outgoing, team-player who is dedicated to the success of the team and the company. - Strong ability to network and self-generate sales leads. - Strong follow up skills. - Must possess the drive and desire to produce results and not be dependent on the company to produce all leads. - Computer literate. Must be adept at Microsoft Office applications and be able to learn quickly the company CRM system. - Available to work a changing work schedule. - Must be authorized to work in the United States. Note: This position is 100% commission. However, our sales associates are employees who participate in company benefits and enjoy Workers' Compensation insurance as well as health, dental and vision insurance. Our Sales people do not project manage their own jobs. Your only job is to sell. We provide some leads. $100,000+ income is achievable the first year.
